1. Global Search is available from any screen and can be used to search for any Order, Customer and Resource that is in the database. this search entry can be a partial match. Click on the "magnifying glass" and enter your search criteria, the "Enter" to begin your search.
2. The number of results will be presented in each of the search categories.
a. With the SmartJobs summary showing in the results grid as default.
3. Clicking on the other categories will fill the search results grid with the summary of the other 2 categories.
4. Clicking on a specific row within the search results grid…
5. Will open the details dialog for that SmartJob, Resource, or Customer.
