Profile Sets can contain Available Events and Unavailable Events. Resources are assigned to a Profile Set and therefore all the Events under that Profile Set.
1. Navigate to Maintenance > Available Profiles
2. Select the Profile Set to which the resource will be assigned, or unassigned
a. Click on the edit icon
3. All the Events within that Profile Set will be displayed
a. Click on the Resources tab
4. All resources will be shown organized by type and then class.
a. You can select the “Selected” button to only show those resources already assigned to this Profile Set
b. Select, or deselect the resources to assign to this Profile Set
c. Click on “Save” to commit your changes.
Caution: if a resource is not assigned to any Profile Set with available events, Tasks that have this resource as the only qualified cannot be scheduled.
