Only users that have not been associated to an Action can be deleted, so that database integrity can be maintained. You can inactivate a user to remove that user’s access to the application.


1. Navigate to Admin > Users



2. Select the User

a. Either select "Delete User"

b. Or click on the "Active" checkbox and uncheck it.



3. If you have selected “Delete User” a dialog will appear requesting confirmation since you cannot undo this action.



4. If you have selected to inactivate a user, you will need to Save the action. This user will now show in italics.
