1. Navigate to Admin > Groups



2. To add a new group, click on “Add Group”



3. Enter the appropriate name and Save



4. Now you can add users to this group even if they are part of another Group by highlighting the Group and clicking on the “plus sign” and selecting users from the subsequent dialog.



5. If a Group needs to be deleted, you select the Group and click on “Delete Group”



6. You are then presented with a verification dialog and you click on “Delete Group”.
