Depending on how the nMetric application is being used, 2 paths are available:

  • Scheduling, Execution screen

  • Resource Details, Schedule tab and Execution tab


  1. Execution screen

    1. Open the Execution screen

    2.  Filter by Resource to select the resource class and the specific resource(s) in that class to display

    3. Select the “period of time” by day, week or month

      1. You can change the “period reference point” by selecting the calendar and picking a “specific day” for reference.  

      2. After that selection, the “day / week / month” is now referenced off the chosen day.

    4. Additional Filter, Sort and Search features are available to refine how the displayed Tasks are organized

      1. Filter by “shift” if there is more than one shift operation for the resource.

      2. Sort by SmartJob, Op Status, Part Number, Scheduled Start or Scheduled Finish

      3. Search by Name, SmartJob, Op Status, or Material Part

  2. Resource Details, Schedule Tab and Execution Tab

    1. Open the Resource details

      1. either through Maintenance > Resources

      2. or from the Gantt chart by clicking on the resource name on the left-hand rail

    2. Select the “Schedule” tab and all tasks scheduled to that resource are displayed in prioritized order.

    3. Select the “Execution” tab and all tasks scheduled to that resource are displayed and Execution actions can be taken.
