From the Gantt Chart select the task that you wish to “Pause”. Single click the task to open the tool bar and click the icon to open Operation Details. Or double click the task on the Gantt to open the Operation Details.
Select the Execution tab
Click on the pause icon or the ellipsis to open the Pause dialog
If you wish to edit the pause time to be in the “past”, drop down the calendar and adjust the “date and time” for the Pause action
Enter the quantity completed thus far and discrepant quantity if applicable.
Select a Pause reason
Click “Pause”
