1. From the main menu select SmartJobs Builder from the Home main menu.
2. The SmartJobs Builder Home Page will open
a. The Draft SmartJobs tab is the summary for all SmartJobs that have been saved in a preliminary pre-released version, or that are in the process of being revised after release.
b. The SmartJob Templates tab is the summary for all saved templates.
3. Each of the columns can be sorted in descending or ascending order by clicking on the icon next to the column header.
4. You can perform a Search within the Draft SmartJobs, or Templates by search criteria into the search box.
5. And you can create a new SmartJob, or Template by clicking on the “Create” button. This will bring up a Wizard that walks you through the process that is explained in other Help articles.
